Questions
How much space does a mailbox get?
The quota is set per plan; you can see it on your service page in the portal, and we will raise it on request.
Can I move my existing mail across?
Yes. Connect the old and the new mailbox in any mail program and copy the folders, or write to us and we will help.
My domain is registered somewhere else. Is that a problem?
No. You keep the domain where it is and add a few DNS records; the portal shows exactly which. You can also move the domain to us later if you want.
Will my mail land in spam?
We provide SPF and DMARC records and enable DKIM signing. Correct setup helps delivery, but inbox placement also depends on the recipient’s filters and other factors.
